About this document

This policy is part of the TrustPoint Analytics website terms and may be incorporated into accepted services where applicable. Read it together with any Accepted Scope or signed agreement.

1. Final reports only

Only a report clearly marked final and issued through an authorized TrustPoint channel may be represented as a TrustPoint report. Drafts, previews, worksheets, preliminary data, screenshots, and verbal discussions are not final reports and must not be published or used for commercial claims.

2. Accurate reproduction

After full payment and subject to the Testing Services Terms, the client may reproduce and distribute the complete, unaltered final report. If only an excerpt is used where legally permissible, it must be accurate, include material context and limitations, identify that it is an excerpt, and provide access to the complete report on request.

3. Prohibited alteration and implication

  • Change, obscure, crop, recreate, or remove a result, method, page, note, date, limitation, signature, accession number, revision, or status.
  • Combine pages or data from different reports in a way that suggests one report or sample.
  • Use a result for an untested lot, batch, product, supplier, matrix, date, or sample.
  • State or imply TrustPoint endorsement, partnership, approval, certification, regulatory clearance, medical suitability, safety, efficacy, or manufacturing compliance.
  • Use a TrustPoint name, logo, verification mark, or report design separately from an authorized unaltered report without written permission.

4. Public verification

A public registry record is created only when authorized. Verification requires the identifiers printed on the report. A successful match confirms the registry information shown at the time of the request. It does not replace the full report or establish any claim beyond it.

5. Privacy in public records

Public verification is designed to display limited report information. Client identity, contact details, confidential methods, and other nonpublic information are excluded unless publication is authorized or legally required.

6. Corrections and revisions

TrustPoint may issue a controlled correction, amendment, or replacement when an administrative error, additional authorized work, or documented review warrants it. Superseded reports must not be presented as current. Analytical findings are not changed to accommodate commercial preferences.

7. Misuse and takedown

TrustPoint may mark a public record superseded, withdrawn, or subject to a misuse notice; request correction or removal of misleading material; notify affected platforms or parties; suspend brand or verification permissions; and pursue legal or equitable remedies. Registry removal does not erase valid internal records.

8. Questions about authenticity

Use the Verify page first. If a document appears altered, mismatched, or fraudulent, use the Contact page and select “Report or COA question.” Include the accession number and describe the concern without uploading confidential or patient information.
