Scope before shipment
No client should send material until TrustPoint has reviewed the project and issued acceptance and packing instructions.
About TrustPoint
TrustPoint Analytics is designed around a simple principle: define the question, preserve the sample record, disclose the method, and report the result within its limits.
Why TrustPoint
A number without context can create more certainty than the data supports. TrustPoint is structured to connect every result to the material received, the scope accepted, and the method performed.
Our reports do not endorse a vendor, product, or intended use. They describe the testing performed on a particular submitted sample. Feasibility, subcontracting, sample requirements, turnaround, and deliverables are disclosed before acceptance.
No client should send material until TrustPoint has reviewed the project and issued acceptance and packing instructions.
An accession number connects the submission, sample identity, scope, testing record, and issued report.
Client comments may correct administrative details, but analytical findings are not changed to satisfy commercial preferences.
Reports distinguish measured observations from interpretation and identify material limitations relevant to the scope.
Client and project information is handled as confidential unless disclosure is authorized or legally required.
A COA is made publicly verifiable only when publication is included in the accepted scope or separately authorized.
What a report means
A TrustPoint report applies only to the sample as received and the work described. It is not a product approval, regulatory clearance, manufacturing certification, medical opinion, or guarantee that another unit or lot is identical.
